A leading software company is seeking a Partner Business Manager in Paris. This role involves driving business plans for partners and increasing indirect cloud revenue. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the software industry and possess excellent relational skills. Fluency in French and English is required. The position offers a hybrid work model with a focus on collaboration and strategic growth.

Partner Business Manager (PBM)

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the annual business plan of each partner while setting a long‑term strategic vision.
  • Increase the level of autonomy and competence of partners to effectively address the Corporate market.
  • Lead the growth of indirect cloud revenue including subscription renewals.
  • Define and implement the partner marketing plan to generate new commercial opportunities both on installed base and new accounts.
  • Encourage adoption and up‑skilling of partners via training, certification and application IP solution development programs.
  • Ensure a strong executive relationship with partner leaders and ensure strategic alignment with SAP.
  • Support the transformation of partner business model to Cloud and Customer Success Model.
  • Track go‑lives and solution deployment in coordination with SAP dedicated teams.
  • Provide overall steering and regular coaching of partners: activity review, performance tracking, remediation plans, QBR and strategic alignment.
Qualifications / Experience
  • 5 years minimum experience in software industry, ideally in commercial or partner‑management functions; experience as Channel Manager is an additional asset.
  • Excellent relational skills from a background in client service, sales or consulting.
  • Strong experience in business development:deen creating business plans, driving marketing and commercial activities.
  • Fluency in French and English – mandatory.
  • Strong business culture and strategic mindset.
  • Autonomous, creative and able to thrive in a matrixed environment.
  • Team spirit, rigor and excellent personal organization.
