A cybersecurity company is seeking an Inside Systems Engineer to collaborate with the sales team. Responsibilities include assisting with pre-sales technical support, educating clients during sales calls, and providing post-sales training. Ideal candidates will have experience in LAN/WAN administration, a strong grasp of networking technologies, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. This position is located in Paris, France.

Responsabilités

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls.
• Educate customers on features, specifications, and integration.
• Provide post-sales training.

Connaissances

Technical/pre-sales support experience

LAN/WAN/Internet services administration

Strong understanding of DNS and NFS

Knowledge of Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN

Knowledge of Network Security, Intrusion Detection, Anti Virus

Strong understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE

Excellent telephone manner

Good spoken and written English

Formation

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Graduate degree preferred
