You will be among the first shapers of a new Supply Chain in a newly established multi-billion region (WEI: UK, BeNeLux, France, Spain, Italy & Israel), participating in the Region’s growth by orchestrating smarter, faster order intake and fulfillment activities with full customer focus. You will work from brand-new offices in Levallois-Perret (Paris), with a hybrid setup possible.
What does the role involve?
Responsibilities
- Process Design, Implementation and maintenance: Implement new order intake and fulfillment processes or modify existing ones according to Group Strategy. Develop and document processes, including testing and training. Ensure S4/HANA implementation in the Region.
- Process Optimization & digitalization: Select, track, and publish KPIs (order entry accuracy, digitalization rate, digital order success rate, manual touch rate, OTIF, perfect order rate, promise date adherence, back-order percentage, etc.). Monitor process performance through KPIs. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and cost reduction while ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize data analysis to identify trends and optimization opportunities. Proactively support the roll out of Supply Chain digital ecosystem tools.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as order intake and fulfillment process specialist. Serve as the point of contact for Group, WEI Countries and other streams. Build and develop a regional order community across 7 countries. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.
- Customer Centricity: Ensure service levels are respected and drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and efficient, economical, forward-looking logistics.
- Change Management: Drive change management practices to ensure adoption of new processes. Define competencies and trainings in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Project Management: Lead workstream teams and remove obstacles. Facilitate decision-making and ensure project milestones are met.
- Functional leadership in the Region in Development: Build the Supply Chain Order Fulfillment community in the WEI Region and engage this community in the transformation journey.
What you need
- Functional expertise: You know how to design, standardize, and continuously improve end-to-end order entry and fulfillment processes across countries to ensure KPI performance, compliance, system enablement, and stakeholder adoption.
- Digital mindset and analytical skills: You understand and analyze sales, production and financial data to drive optimization and contribute to customer service level and P&L continuous improvement. Comfortable with KPIs, diagnostics and scenario analysis. You understand digital transformation through EDI, RPA, AI and related tools.
- Business ownership: You will proactively take actions to get things done in an international matrix setup, balancing global, regional and national needs to maximize value creation for the region.
- Exceptional communications skills: You can present and communicate with all levels in the Group, promote and cascade strategically decided actions, and listen to countries to support their optimization needs.
- Functional leadership in a Region in Development: You will build and engage the Supply Chain Order Fulfillment community across the WEI Region during the transformation journey.
