Start Date: JulyLocation: EuropeDuration: 6 months + extensionsTravel: Occasional travel to Paris for key meetings/milestonesDescription:Oracle Cloud is now live across a number of different business units and the program is about to enter a new phase, which will see Oracle Cloud go live across some of the largest and strategically important business units.As a result of this change, we are now seeking to strengthen the Governance team and are looking to onboard an Internal Project Manager, responsible for the execution of tests and validation (UAT & Dry Run) phases of one or more functional domains, as well as responsible for the duly completion of the deliverables.The main role of the ERP Cloud Project Manager will be to ensure that the functional stream deliver their parts of the project on time and according to agreed scope and quality. This will include, but not be limited to:- Planning and documenting the UAT tasks, assuring that Stream Execution plans are and remains aligned with the global UAT Plan and that the necessary internal resources are assigned and committed.
- Close follow-up of UAT defects status until validation and resolution by business users
- Monitor UAT execution tool (JIRA) usage is in line with quality requirements and support business users' adoption of the same
- To work closely with their counterpart in the Integrator team, ensuring the agreed plan is followed.
- In coordination with the project PMO and testing team putting in place a communications plan with key stakeholders and resources.
- Identifying and removing risks and blockers, managing any issues that arise and escalating to the PMO/ Program Governance as required.
- Ensure that the business, integration and other teams involved in the UAT phase have clear visibility and understanding of what they must do, setting the pace for these teams, following up and escalating as necessary to ensure that the teams deliver as per plan and required quality.
- Managing the internal review and acceptance process of all external deliverables (Integrator or otherwise), verifying that the deliverable meets the minimum level of acceptability and that the review, feedback and acceptance occur within the agreed timeframes.
- Support the project team to facilitate and moderate sessions (meetings, workshops etc) comprising people having different backgrounds, cultures and native languages.
- English: Excellent written and verbal communication.

- You have a demonstrable ability to listen and respond effectively to the needs of the Program Governance team and demonstrate initiative and anticipation skills (e.g., significant experience in interacting with the business functions such as Finance, Purchasing and Engineering departments as part of a PM or similar role)
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to drive people to make timely and appropriate decisions.
