Qualifications

Sales/SBU MED /Service

Integrating the Service Department of Vestas France, as an Operator or a Service Technician, you will be at the forefront of wind energy innovation and will play a key role with our customers. Your mission will be to optimize our clients’ wind farms during their lifecycle, ensuring maximum capacity of the wind turbines and providing the best energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Carry out periodic service inspections according to Vestas' specifications, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic component replacement and troubleshooting.
• Ensure smooth operation of turbines and systems within condition monitoring and remote control.
• Maintain an efficient service vehicle and well-stocked warehouse by ordering materials, tools, and spare parts as needed.
• Assemble components and main parts following current rules or work instructions, possibly using cranes.
• Work adhering to the highest safety and environmental standards while meeting service targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with experience in technical fields (maintenance, electrical engineering, mechanics). A Bachelor’s degree or BTS/DUT in industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering certified by BZEE is required for technician level.
• Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electrical work, with knowledge of high voltage.
• Proactive communication with customers regarding service and repairs; flexible, autonomous, results-oriented, and mobile (travel required).
• Technical English skills (written/spoken) and familiarity with MS Office.
• Good communication skills, team spirit.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to work at heights.
