A health technology company is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to redefine traditional approaches to insurance and healthcare. The role involves strategic vision development, supervision of daily operations, and ownership of key projects. Our Operations team guarantees the delivery at scale of our insurance and healthcare products, efficiently and delightfully.
This means:
Bringing the ops perspective into Alan strategy
Building our organisation and processes to deliver the vision to allow further disruption and product diversification
Monitoring and running those processes internally or externally on a daily basis
Scaling efficiently and industrializing our operational stack to handle fast growth, international expansion and cost optimisation
We handle complex projects in constant interactions with multidisciplinary teams (Product & Design, Engineering, Data, Customer Support, Finance, etc.).
You’ll be joining 30+ talented, committed, passionate Ops team members from five different countries. As we grow, expand and diversify our business our operations are becoming ever more complex and our challenges ahead have never been as exciting!
We are looking for senior entrepreneurs with a strong operational background to disrupt (and not only upgrade) the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare, and deeply re‑engineer the experience we offer to our members .
