Overview
The EF Issuer Services Team Member is part of the Issuer Servicing team in the Issuer Services business line in ESES. The role involves assisting account holders and issuers in monitoring and solving pendings linked to BRN (Bordereau de Référence Nominative) with a focus on clients VAS (Value Added Services). May also lead or contribute to projects or initiatives in continuous improvement risk and control, client centricity and autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Applies relevant controls related to Nominatif activity
- Inputs / Updates ERVN (Ecritures Rectificatives sur Valeurs Nominatives)
- Interacts with and connects to clients (Accounts holders Issuers) to carry out investigation where necessary and improve the service quality
- Closely works with other ESES teams (Client Service New Issue Asset Servicing IT Support)
- Follows up the robot activity
- Participates to the implementation of new tools to monitor Risk and Control
- Actively contributes to the continuous improvement
- Participates to the cascade of meetings in place (OTO team meeting etc.)
- Pro-actively informs the team leader and colleagues of any issue or workload that might cause any disturbance on the working environment (during the WB)
- Follows up the French AMF regulators recommendations
- Develop the network of ESES CSDs
- Monitor the ISAE3402 audit
Profile
- Master Degree
- Required significant previous experience in Issuer Services & Operations within ESES would be a plus
- Required significant previous experience in BRN / Nominatif business processes i.e. BRN ancillary account and BRN VAS
