Our client is an international media company that transforms walls into high impact advertising spaces for leading brands. As they continue to expand their footprint in Paris, they are looking for an Operations and Location Account Manager who naturally takes ownership, spots opportunities before others do, and treats the city as their own business to grow.

This is a broad, hands on role that blends commercial instinct with operational excellence. You do not just secure locations. You ensure everything runs smoothly from first conversation to final campaign delivery.

What you’ll do

As Business Development Manager you’ll be the driving force behind their growth in France. This role is versatile: you’ll combine sales, project management, and location scouting. One moment you’re negotiating with a brand, the next you’re biking through Paris hunting for premium spots, and later you’re managing the rollout of a campaign with the international team.

Your mission

You are responsible for expanding and managing a high quality portfolio of wallscapes locations across Paris. You identify opportunities, build long term partnerships and take full responsibility for the execution and performance of each location and campaign.

What you will do
Location acquisition and partnerships
  • Identify premium wallscapes suitable for out of home activations
  • Build and maintain strong network with property owners, brokers and developers
  • Negotiate access agreements and commercial terms
  • Develop long term partnerships that secure and grow the location pipeline
  • Represent the company during meetings, site visits and networking opportunities
Operations and execution
  • Coordinate measurements, specifications, contracts, compliance and logistics
  • Manage installation and removal timelines with printer & installer team
  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords, printers, photographers and other partners
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to agreed quality standards
  • Maintain clear operational overviews, planning documents and shared drives
Marketing and brand support
  • Support the promotion of locations and successful activations
  • Help manage website content, blogs, LinkedIn and visual materials
  • Capture and organise imagery for sales and marketing purposes
What success looks like
  • A stable portfolio of approximately 100 locations
  • Consistent addition of new high quality locations
  • Campaigns delivered smoothly, on time and to standard
  • Strong and trusted relationships with property owners and partnersClear structure and overview in a fast growing operation
Who you are
  • Commercially minded with strong operational skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable being hands on
  • Someone who sees what needs to be done and acts on it without waiting for instructions
  • Energised by building, improving and taking responsibility
  • Comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy
  • Affinity with the streets of Paris, real estate, logistics or media is a strong plus
  • You have professional-level / fluent French and English
