We’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support our management team and keep our operations running smoothly. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love optimizing systems, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do
  • Support the French and US management team with daily operations— scheduling, document filing, invoice payments, and travel arrangements
  • Liaise with our accounting firms and external partners
  • Set up and manage company IT tools
  • Oversee Slack channels and team communications
  • Design and maintain structure for Notion and Google Drive
  • Maintain and update our Dataroom and CRM
  • Continuously improve workflows and implement new systems as we scale
