What you'll do :

You will be responsible for developing your channel partners’ Oracle NetSuite business practice to increase subscription revenues and market share. Job duties are varied and sometimes complex, needing independent judgment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

This role focuses on recruiting new partners for NetSuite across regions including France, Belgium, and Switzerland.

Fluent French is required, and German is a plus.

ERP sales experience or ERP partner recruitment experience is required for this position.

The successful applicant will be required to :

  • Manage and grow NetSuite’s subscription revenue through channel partners.
  • Identify and recruit channel partners for your territory.
  • Provide support and guidance to help your channel partners develop their business plans.
  • Support partners during sales activities and engagements with C-level executives.
  • Understand and articulate the value of Oracle NetSuite’s products and services.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite solutions.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with your partners.
  • Provide ongoing education and information to channel partners.
  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and collaboration to support partners and prospects.
  • Willingness to travel is required.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, direct or indirect.
  • Understanding of ERP business solutions and their benefits.
  • Proven success in consultative/team sales to C-Level and end-user decision makers.
  • Experience working collaboratively with channel partners/resellers.
  • Ability to create and support business plans with partners.
  • Business acumen to build credibility at the C-Level.
  • Strong solution selling, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
