Requirements:

• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Active Directory technologies.
• Experience leading technical projects and managing resources.
• Certifications in MS700, MS102, AZ800 / 801, or SC300.
• Proficiency in English and French for effective communication in an international environment.
• A passion for modern and robust infrastructures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team within an international context.
• A proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing.
• Focus on quality and customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.

Responsibilities:

• Define migration strategies to facilitate secure transfer of infrastructures to Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, or Active Directory, optimizing user collaboration and productivity.
• Lead the design, installation, and configuration of technological architecture.
• Guide onshore and offshore consultant teams through planning, analysis, design, construction, and testing phases.
• Apply technical expertise to guide clients and develop tailored solutions.
• Contribute to client relationships and business proposals.
• Establish yourself as a reference in your field.
• Develop technical expertise through sessions, articles, and training, enhancing your visibility inside and outside Avanade.
