You will support administrative tasks and ensure high-quality client service. Job Description
  • As a Middle Officer Intermediaries, you will support our Partner Solutions team in managing relationships with channel partners. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Support administrative activities, including onboarding new business relationships and coordinating with internal departments
  • Manage client and prospect relationships, providing high-quality service and regular updates
  • Handle inquiries via phone and email, and stay informed about industry developments
  • Produce regular KPI reports and support team activities to acquire and develop partnerships
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of life insurance, wealth management, and independent financial advisors (European networks an advantage)
  • Understanding of industry regulations (MiFID, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, privacy)
  • Fluency in French and English; excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to partner satisfaction
