As Merchandising Manager, you will be the orchestrator of our brand's visual identity in point of sale. Your main mission will be to translate the brand equity and product portfolio into a concrete reality and successfully implement it in our points of sale and professional communication spaces around the world (pharmacies, dermatologists, clinics). You will coordinate all stages, from the initial concept to the final implementation, ensuring consistency and quality of execution.
Lead the implementation of our new merchandising expression across all our international points of sale (corners, podiums, and sales areas with focus on pharmacies).
Ensure the consistency of the visual and brand identity across all touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams and key countries to transform concepts into precise execution plans.
Lead the collaborative testing of new merchandising concepts with the Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) team, translating Shopper Insights Feedback into actionable strategies for visual execution.
Drive efficiency within the End-to-End Cycle of Category Management (CatMan) by developing data-driven Shelf Planograms that align with retailer profitability goals and consumer purchasing behavior.
Spend time in the pharmacy field, work on REX, benchmark and continuous improvements.
Conceptualize and implement a premium, clear, legible, and understandable brand expression specifically for doctors' offices and clinics.
Reintroduce the brand into its aesthetic and medical environment by developing tools and displays that reflect our scientific expertise and professional positioning to support healthcare professionals daily.
Develop adapted merchandising solutions for medical congresses, including the design and realization of stands that combine our new visual identity with the requirements of the professional environment.
Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors (materials, production, etc.).
Design technical execution plans and ensure their feasibility.
Rely on technical drawing and 3D modeling skills to create precise and impactful visualizations.
Coordinate the deployment of the new visual in each country, respecting deadlines and budgets.
Ensure good communication and follow-up with local teams and partners.
Be the guarantor of the quality of implementation on the ground.
Ensure continuous monitoring of sector trends, be proactive in proposing innovative, pioneering, and relevant ideas.
Manage the day-to-day operations and strategic coordination of external agencies (design, production, installation) to ensure the timely and on-budget delivery of Visual Merchandising tools, in line with brand standards.
You have significant experience in merchandising, ideally in the cosmetics, or retail sector. Experience in developing stands for professional trade shows is essential. is a plus ?
You have excellent knowledge of materials and manufacturing techniques.
You master technical drawing and 3D modeling software for creating plans and visualizations.
Experience in POS development and point-of-sale animation would be a real asset.
You are an excellent communicator, capable of coordinating multiple interlocutors.
You are rigorous, solution-oriented, and know how to manage complex projects from A to Z.
You are fluent in English.
