Within the Marketing team, the Marketing Operations Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating Rossignol Group’s go-to-market strategies and marketing support. Acting as the central link between brand, product, and collection launches, this role ensures seamless alignment across product management, commercial (B2B and Direct-to-Consumer), and consumer marketing teams. The Marketing Operations Senior Manager drives operational excellence, project delivery, and resource allocation within the marketing department, directly influencing Rossignol Group’s brand presence and market success.

Your missions will include:
Go-to-Market management
  • Leadership: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives for brand, product, and collection launches, fostering cross-functional collaboration to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Content Coordination: Oversee content alignment, contracting, production, and global distribution, ensuring all marketing materials support strategic objectives and uphold brand standards.
Project management
  • Project Oversight: Manage overall project timelines, deliverables, and accountability for all marketing initiatives.
  • Budget & Resources: Control the marketing department budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal capacity for internal graphic and creative teams.
Team management
  • Managerial excellence: Inspire, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Alignment: Drive connectivity between product management, commercial, and consumer marketing teams to ensure unified messaging and strategic direction.
  • Direct Reports: Supervise several key professionals including the Marketing Coordination and the internal Studio teams.
About you
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing operations and/or project management within a fast-paced and matrixed organization. Background as a Traffic Manager or similar position in an advertising agency or global consumer brand environment will be appreciated.
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects from conception to completion.
  • Solid managerial skills.
  • Strong budget management skills and experience allocating resources across multiple projects and teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with the sports, outdoor, or lifestyle sectors is an advantage.
