Job Description

The role will be leading our brand marketing team and reports into our BUM in order to support our growth in business and pipeline.

Core Job Responsibilities
  • Hold accountability and responsibility for leading and developing brand marketers to maximize business as people leader.
  • Hold accountability and responsibility for allocated Brand P&L and financial planning (Financial Plan, LRP).
  • Drive development of Brand strategy within Brand planning process in line with responsibilities allocated within the Brand Team.
  • Maximize brand sales and margin revenue, through the effective management and execution of Brand activities as per Brand Plan and through effective leadership, contribution and participation in Brand Team activities.
  • Set future direction for existing and new products and business opportunities.
  • Support product market expansion through innovative commercial programs.
  • Develops view on Brand issues and competitive positioning, customer segments and their needs, and market development.
  • Develop effectively Brand/commercial strategies with specific timelines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with Brand planning process and Brand Team direction.
  • Translate strategy to implementation into tactics; communicate clearly and allocate responsibilities to cross functional team members and in-field team (e.g. product messaging by physician segment).
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicator results and feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics adjustment.
  • Maintain and develop in-depth customer insight to anticipate stakeholder needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with more than 10 years of Marketing, Sales and/or Commercial Area background and experience in pharmaceutical companies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including English and effective presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate objective and results to a variety of audience.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results.
  • Must be result-oriented, pay attention to detail, be accurate, prompt and able to meet deadlines.
  • Must have effective financial, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Must possess ability to be a fast learner, be creative, flexible with good negotiation skills and ability to effectively work in teams.
  • Knowledge of regulations, compliance and legal standards impacting brand management.
  • Knowledge of and a tradition of success in utilizing selling skills, high-level negotiating skills, and leadership competencies in a commercial environment.
