Marketing Lead, France & Southern Europe — Paris

Are you a 360° marketer ready to build brand love and drive the mobility revolution?

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to take full ownership of the marketing strategy for France and Southern Europe, backed by Sequoia Capital.

You Will:
  • Own the Regional Strategy: Define and execute the full-funnel marketing plan for France, Italy, and Spain, managing the regional budget and ROI.
  • Drive Performance & Growth: Partner with central teams to optimize acquisition (SEA, Social, SEO) while testing local levers like partnerships and influencers to lower CAC.
  • Build the Brand Locally: Adapt our global voice to local nuances, managing PR and brand activations to build trust in the refurbished sector.
  • Execute 360°: Balance strategic planning with a hands‑on approach—from Q3 budgeting to reviewing ad creatives and setting up local events.
  • Lead & Collaborate: Manage local marketing talent and freelancers while collaborating daily with central Growth and Strategy teams.
Your Profile:
  • Experience: 7‑10+ years in Marketing, ideally within a D2C, E‑commerce, or Marketplace scale‑up. You have seen "what good looks like" in a hyper‑growth environment.
  • T‑Shaped Marketer: You are equally comfortable analyzing a ROAS spreadsheet as you are signing off on creative brand campaigns.
  • Builder Mindset: Resourceful and hands‑on. You thrive in an environment where you "build the plane while flying it" without needing a massive team to execute.
  • Academic Excellence: Master’s degree from a top‑tier Business or Engineering school (Grande École).
  • Languages: Native French and professional English are required. Proficiency in Italian or Spanish is a strong plus.
