Overview
The Marketing Intern for the EMEA region supports brand-led, retailer and distributor-led marketing initiatives across the region. This position assists with enhancing omnichannel strategies and 360° plans with key retailers and distributors. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and retailer marketing partners to ensure brand alignment, track program performance, and manage asset deliverables within timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Retailer Partnerships and Planning: Assist in fostering retailer partnerships and support the retail marketing lead; participate in planning seasonal requests for strategic EMEA retailers; collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams for retailer needs.
- Marketing Campaigns and Assets: Manage and distribute creative assets and toolkits to retailers and Distributors; organize and maintain retailer and distributor social media requests; manage distribution of PDP assets and marketing copy for new launches; GWP / Sampling programs implementation (placing orders and providing banners).
- Project and Campaign Management: Provide project support for new product launches and revivals; submit creative requests to brand / merchandising teams for retailer & distributor needs.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct monthly retailer website audits for pricing, assets, copy, video; conduct competitive research across retailer sites / channels.
- Administrative Support: Assist in updating pricing trackers; assist with translation requests for merchandising creatives; aid in content shoot briefs with a retail focus; handle marketing administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role; knowledge of branding, social media, beauty, fashion, or entertainment industries (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities; strong presentation skills for small group settings; good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, and SharePoint.
- Solid relationship management and interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks; willingness to take on hands-on tasks to support execution.
- Fluency in English; flexibility to travel as needed (~10-15%).
