A leading global SaaS company in France is looking for a Marketing Digital Assistant to enhance their multi-channel campaigns. This data-driven role requires multilingual candidates with strong digital marketing skills, preferably with 3–5 years in a B2B or SaaS environment. As a key player in their marketing team, you will optimize campaign performance and contribute to global growth using advanced MarTech tools, supporting a dynamic and innovative team.

Bizzdesign is looking for a Marketing Digital Assistant to join our high-performing international Marketing team. This is not a typical junior marketing role, we are looking for a data-driven digital native with multilingual communication skills and a strong grasp of MarTech and campaign automation who can support global digital growth at scale.

The Role – What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Digital Assistant, you’ll support the execution and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns across email, web, paid media, social, and account-based marketing (ABM). You will be a key contributor in scaling our global demand generation engine and improving campaign ROI through structured experimentation and data intelligence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting campaign execution across Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), website CMS, paid media platforms, and social scheduling tools
  • Building and optimizing email campaigns, landing pages, automation flows, and lead scoring rules
  • Ensuring clean campaign data, segmentation accuracy, and list management for targeted outreach
  • Assisting with SEO, SEM, and CRO digital optimization initiatives
  • Implementing A/B testing for forms, subject lines, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize engagement
  • Monitoring campaign analytics and assisting in dashboards and KPI reporting (Salesforce, Power BI)
  • Supporting content rollout across global markets and aligning with regional marketing teams
  • Maintaining and improving marketing operations processes and documentation
  • Collaborating with sales and product teams to improve MQL to SQL conversion velocity
About You – What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Communications, or Business
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Fluent in English, French, and German (written and spoken)
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or HubSpot/Marketo
  • Working knowledge of SEO & SEM, Google Analytics, and paid campaigns
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics platforms
  • Strong HTML/CSS skills for email and landing page optimization
  • Knowledge of ABM platforms (e.g. Demandbase, 6sense) is a strong advantage
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies & conversion optimization
  • Highly structured, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven mindset
  • A growth mindset: analytical, curious, and obsessed with performance metrics

This role is ideal for a marketing professional with technical depth, strong campaign execution rigor, and a passion for scaling global B2B demand programs using modern MarTech.
