Role Overview

This position sits in the equity research team, who specialise in the financial analysis of European Small and Mid Caps.

The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to support the team in the production and dissemination of analysts' research (morning note, sector studies, hedging initiations, etc.). The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting marketing activities, including corporate access, and ensures the proper execution of marketing campaigns. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires strong organization, creativity, and a proactive approach.

Role Responsibilities
  • Daily sending of equity research to all our clients;
  • Maintaining relationships with third parties (e.g. Partners, Bloomberg, Factset) and overseeing the dissemination of our research through these platforms;
  • Management and monitoring of investor / analyst meeting schedules;
  • Organization of roadshows in conjunction with the Corporate Access team;
  • Hosting our annual conference bringing together more than 100 companies and more than 200 asset managers;
  • Creation and implementation of marketing tools (invitations, brochures);
  • Organization of site visits in France and Europe for our clients;
  • Content management: support for the creation of content and management of its distribution. Contribution to the management of the company's digital presence, including social networks and the official website.
Experience / Competences
Essential
  • Proven experience (would consider internship experience) in a similar role of marketing coordination and / or executive assistant
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English;
  • Attention to detail and precision;
  • Strong personal organizational skills : project management, prioritization, multitasking;
  • Autonomy, curiosity, willingness to learn;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with different business functions;
  • Analytical skills, ability to identify concrete solutions and implement them;
  • Sense of responsibility and initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, fast‑paced environment.
