Description of the brand and the team: This internship offers the candidate the chance to contribute to Tom Ford Beauty, one of the fastest-growing luxury beauty brands, gain hands-on experience in the luxury and beauty industry, and collaborate with a multicultural, multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reports and analysis
- Competitor analysis on 360 GTM strategies to drive EMEA recommendations (assets, paid media, PR, trade, online, CRM)
- PR monthly reports – deep dive for key markets
- EMEA launch reports & scaling best practices
- Trade & Consumer Event Reports and identify key opportunities to better drive consumer journey
- KCI reports and deep-dive on brand health and opportunities
- Presentations and meetings
- Monthly Marketing call organization
- 360 Strategies – support on building 360 strategies for key launches
- RRT preparation
- Preparing the slides
- Gathering information from the affiliates
- Conducting analysis on consumer insights, paid media, earned media
- Leadership Decks – Support on building decks for leadership
- Trend / Corporate / Agency Insights call – nourish team with interesting insights
- Others
- Asset monitoring in partnership with markets / Global
- Go to market plan monitoring and coordination with affiliates
Profile
- Minimum Education Level: Higher Education (Bac + 5, from a Business school or university)
- Minimum Years And Area Of Experience: Interest in the cosmetics and fragrance sector, sensitive for luxury industry. Previous, relevant marketing experience.
- Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (language of work) and ability to speak French. Other European language is a plus.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office programs, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Panel Data tools (e.g., NPD Circana) is a plus.
