Position: Manager, Major Accounts – Telco and MSSP

We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager, Major Accounts (Telco and MSSP) to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

Role Overview

You would act as the key leader for the Telco and MSSP sales team in France and you will:

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team responsible for Telco and MSSP accounts in the region
  • Drive business growth by generating new opportunities and overseeing the full sales cycle through closure
  • Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with Fortinet objectives for the service provider market
  • Develop and maintain strong executive relationships within Tier 1 Telcos and major MSSPs
  • Ensure accurate pipeline generation, qualification, and forecasting across the team
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver high quality proposals, bids, and Statements of Work
  • Negotiate commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and long term partnerships
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for the Telco and MSSP segment
Qualifications
  • Proven success selling solutions into Mobile Service Providers and top MSSP accounts
  • Strong track record of consistent quota achievement and career stability
  • Experience closing large and complex deals within service provider environments
  • Strong executive level presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high performing sales teams
  • Minimum five years of sales experience in Large Enterprise or Service Provider markets
  • Minimum three years selling network security solutions with understanding of security in mobile networks and MSSP architectures
  • Minimum five years of people management experience with direct reports
  • Self-starter with strong drive and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
