This role is crucial for collaborating across departments such as Sales and Marketing to ensure optimal inventory while minimizing excess. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in demand or supply chain planning, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. The Demand Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate bottoms‑up demand forecasts to support supply chain, sales, and financial planning. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Digital, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align on demand assumptions, analyze trends, and ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer needs while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
