Qualifications

• Diplôme en maintenance, ingénierie électrique ou équivalent.

Missions

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, compliance, and preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure (production and administrative buildings). He or she works on electrical and thermal installations and building equipment to ensure that they are in good working order and comply with standards.

• Maintenance and servicing
• Perform general building maintenance (painting, plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing, coatings, etc.).
• Performs routine maintenance and servicing of production equipment
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance.
• Identify and report anomalies and work requirements.
• Ensure that facilities are energy optimized.
• Upgrading to standards
• Participate in projects to bring administrative and production buildings, as well as production equipment, into compliance.
• Verify compliance with safety and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and follow audit recommendations.
• Electrical compliance
• Maintain low- and high-voltage electrical installations.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
• Ensure compliance with current standards (NF C 15-100, etc.).
• Safety and regulatory compliance
• Apply and enforce safety and hygiene rules.
• Implement and monitor corrective actions resulting from regulatory inspections.
• Manage the follow-up of interventions and write maintenance reports.

Profile required

Training

Education and experience:

• High school diploma or two-year college degree in maintenance, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment.

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry.
• Proficiency in applicable safety standards and regulations.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams.

Required qualifications:

• Autonomy and initiative.

• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Ability to manage emergencies and prioritize interventions.
