We're looking for entry-level Wind Technicians to be part of our growing team dedicated to maintaining the next generation of wind turbines. As a Wind Technician you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on a Wind Turbine. This is a 100% travel role, with work to be done across the United States.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on wind turbines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct inspections and assessments to detect potential faults or safety risks.
• Work on both onshore and offshore wind turbine sites (depending on location).
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, issues, and solutions.
• Work with a dynamic, safety‑focused team committed to environmental sustainability.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in superior safety and quality procedures
• Willing to travel, 100%
• Not afraid of working from heights
• 1 year minimum of mechanical experience
• 1 year minimum of electrical experience
• General knowledge of hand and power tools and use of tools
• Good problem‑solving skills
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (including certain speeding violations)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb wind turbines and work at heights up to 300 feet
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions
