Responsibilities
- Contact with dedicated customer for instructions / reminders
- Processing of agent and alert messages (network contact)
- Communication of information to customers and partners in parallel
- Processing of anomalies / disputes
- Proposal of corrective and preventive measures
- Contact with the warehouse and other subcontractors
- Duty to inform and advise the customer on international goods movement formalities
- Duty to communicate information on files under their responsibility to their line manager.
- Monitoring the quality of the service center's services.
- Creating SOPs when necessary to support the offshoring process.
- Problem solving in order to proactively find appropriate solutions in a timely manner for the customer.
Exemption Type: Exempt (Salaried)
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics and shipping operations / regulations and documentation, or a degree in logistics.
- Preferably, a professional degree from an accredited educational institution specializing in logistics and shipping.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft software applications and / or other leading software applications.

- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Initiative and strong organizational skills to meet customer requirements.
- Good administrative skills and computer knowledge
