A leading host broadcast company in Boulogne-Billancourt is seeking a Back Office Booking Supervisor to ensure seamless broadcast support for global media partners. This role involves managing service requests, liaising with technical teams, and delivering operations for high-profile events like the FIFA World Cup. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and fluent English. The position offers a fixed-term contract until July 2026 with a hybrid working model.

Responsabilités

• Manage and validate Media Partners service requests from the Catalogue of Services.
• Liaise between Booking Front Office, HBS technical teams, and external providers.
• Oversee planning and smooth delivery of services at Venues and the IBC.
• Create and communicate technical documentation for each service category.
• Review technical feasibility of requests: OB setups, contribution links, streaming access.
• Produce operational instructions for on-site technical teams.

Youll supervise the planning scheduling and execution of unilateral broadcast services for Media Partners (MPs) from OB Vans to IP streaming and satellite distribution.

This position is based in Boulogne Billancourt (92) with hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days WFH) then full-time in the USA for the tournament.
