Les responsabilités incluent la gestion des relations avec les bailleurs et l'identification de nouvelles opportunités sur le marché immobilier. Qualifications

• 3+ années d'expérience en leasing, contrôle, ou immobilier, de préférence dans le retail.
• Capacité prouvée en leasing de biens.
• Compréhension des structures juridiques et termes contractuels.

Responsabilités

• Exécuter la stratégie de leasing à long terme pour la marque.
• Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration de portefeuille.
• Représenter la marque auprès des bailleurs existants et futurs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Executing the long-term leasing strategy for our brand(s), ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and driving progress across all legal and commercial renegotiations, as well as capital projects in the pipeline.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our portfolio of commercial and non-commercial assets in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, balancing short-term financial impact with long-term strategic value. Leading optimization efforts in renegotiations, rebuilds, right-sizing, relocations, and terminations.
• Setting and following up on the future growth roadmap across France, Belgium and Luxembourg by continuously mapping competitors, monitoring market developments, and identifying new location opportunities within the retail real estate landscape.
• Building and recommending comprehensive business cases, considering strategic alignment with key stakeholders, location suitability, commercial concept, space configuration, legal and financial terms.
• Representing the brand(s) externally, managing strong relationships with existing landlords and engaging with potential future partners to support long-term growth and collaboration.
• Collaborating positively and cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure aligned decision-making and seamless execution prior to finalizing negotiations.
• Supporting day-to-day leasing-related activities as required, including routine documentation of lease data across internal systems and platforms.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Leasing Manager will work closely with Legal, Expansion Controlling, Store Design, Visual, Areas, and C&F teams. The role will also lead coordination with key stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams to ensure alignment with our leasing objectives and drive approvals.

• Financially adept, with a solid understanding of Profit & Loss structures and key financial drivers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English required
• Knowledge of Flemish would be a plus.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Real Estate, Business / Economics, Law or a related field
• Have at least 3 years of experience in leasing, controlling, and / or real estate, preferably within the retail industry
• Demonstrate proven capability in property leasing
• Possess a sound understanding of property legal frameworks and contract terms
• Have a strong business mindset combined with a visionary approach
