We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Software Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of our integration solutions. As a Development Lead, you will oversee a team of engineers, guide architectural decisions, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance and scalability in a rapidly changing environment. • Leadership: Your role will be at the heart of the team as a leader of a highly skilled Java developer team based in China and other locations. The role will also involve representing the team and highlighting our technical projects externally.
• Technology smorgasbord: Within the same week, you may work on diverse domains such as AI technologies, ERP systems, and cloud service applications.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact :

• Team management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborative Development: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements and features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Code Quality and Documentation: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in required languages, ensure well-documented designs and test cases, and implement automated tests for reliability and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from internal and external developers to continually improve our tools, staying updated with new technologies and industry best practices.
• Community Engagement: Actively participate in sharing our practices, organizing events, webinars, and forums to promote engagement and collaboration.

We’re looking for a teammate with :

• Experience leading a Java-oriented developer team, including daily guidance and long-term HR management.
• Expertise in building integration solutions with APIs, SDKs, and data pipelines.
• Expertise in Java.
• Experience with Git, JIRA, Docker, and Jenkins.
• Experience with BI Tools, ETL/ELT, Kubernetes, TCK or Eclipse RCP is a plus.
• Excellent analytics mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, especially for technical documentation.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
