YOUR MISSION : STRUCTURE AND SCALE THE DATA FUNCTION

Your role will be that of a Senior Data Engineer / Data Lead, a strategic position within the company.
You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and evolving the entire data stack, while supporting internal teams with their analytics needs.

Your responsibilities:

Data stack & delivery: Build, maintain, and evolve the data platform (BigQuery, Cloud SQL).

Governance & quality: Ensure data reliability, availability, and quality (SLA, monitoring, orchestration).

Collaboration & support: Work closely with internal teams to understand their analytics needs and deliver reliable solutions.

Innovation & evolution: Challenge current practices, recommend new tools, and integrate best‑in‑class solutions.

Tech watch & Gen AI: Explore and implement new use cases around Gen AI (RAG, APIs, fine‑tuning, etc.).

You will work within the Platform team, alongside a Senior DevOps and a Tech lead already in place.

YOUR PROFIL : SENIOR, AUTONOMOUS AND ENTREPREUNARIAL

You are the right fit if:

You have 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with proven success in building modern data platforms.

You have strong expertise in GCP (BigQuery, Cloud SQL, orchestration, monitoring).

You bring solid DBA knowledge (database management, optimization, performance).

You are rigorous in data quality, SLA, and governance topics.

You are highly interested in Gen AI and ideally have some hands‑on experience (RAG, APIs, fine‑tuning).

You are autonomous, curious, proactive, and comfortable being the go‑to person for data within an entrepreneurial environment.

You have excellent command of English (professional / bilingual level required)

ROLE DETAILS :

Location: Based in Spain – full remote possible from anywhere

Salary: €65K – €75K depending on profile and experience
