• Concevoir et documenter des architectures pour les nouveaux produits au sein de la tribu.
• Rédiger des spécifications techniques pour soutenir l'exécution d'ingénierie.
• Encadrer les équipes d'ingénierie et assurer un suivi technique des développements de produits.

WHY WE NEED YOU ?

We are growing the Data Web Cloud Tribe to support the design and scaling of new products. Your mission will be to lead architectural design across the tribe, guide engineering teams in building new services, and ensure technical consistency across transversal stacks to accelerate product launches and maintain technical excellence.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

We work in a collaborative and international environment. You will join a group of 2 architects, working closely with engineering squads across the tribe. You’ll be the reference point for architecture design, supporting teams with reviews, specifications, and technical leadership. Your manager will be Loïc Martinez Varizat.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

Tasks

• Design and document architectures for new products within the tribe
• Draft technical specifications to support engineering execution
• Lead technical oversight of selected product developments
• Write and review code for transversal stacks (Go, Python, etc.)
• Prepare and animate architecture reviews for the tribe
• Provide guidance and technical mentorship to engineering teams

ABOUT YOU

HARD SKILLS :

• At least 7+ years of professional experience, including 5 years leading technical projects or products
• Proven experience in software or infrastructure architecture
• Strong technical background with: Go, Python, PostgreSQL, GitLab, Linux, REST / gRPC, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, FluxCD
• Experience deploying infrastructures at scale

SOFT SKILLS :

• Pedagogical approach, able to explain and share knowledge clearly
• Strong rigor in design and execution
• Solid writing skills for specifications and documentation
• Ability to find balance between leadership and collaboration
