Key Account Manager Aerospace

Your Mission

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the strategic link between SKF and our medium European aerospace customers. You’ll manage accounts - annual turnover of approximately €13M -, drive growth, and lead customer projects with a strong focus on value creation and long-term partnerships.

Your Responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Management: Define and execute sales strategies aligned with SKF Aerospace goals. Lead negotiations, analyze business opportunities, and manage demand forecasting.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong technical and commercial relationships through regular visits and deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Contract Management: Handle NDAs, Long-Term Agreements, and other legal documents in compliance with SKF policies and export regulations.
  • Project Coordination: Facilitate product development projects in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and contribute to portfolio growth.
  • Internal Collaboration: Act as a key interface for internal teams (Customer Service, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, R&D, Legal, Finance, etc.).
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in sales or account management is a plus
  • Strong IT skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in French and English; other languages are a bonus
  • Willingness to travel frequently in Europe (50–60%)
  • Team-oriented, curious, and solution-focused

Additional Information

This position is based in France and can be performed remotely. It is offered under a local contract at our SKF site in Châteauneuf-sur-Isère (26).
