Responsibilities
  • Develop business leads to real business opportunities.
  • Manage 10–20 key accounts in the Southeastern territory with full responsibility for achieving the sales target.
  • Identify and convert new business leads into real opportunities, create clear business plans for selected accounts, and set annual targets with continuous KPI follow-up.
  • Grow assigned accounts to increase Axis’ share.
  • Act as a project leader, coordinating between partners, consultants/A&Es, end customers, and Axis to ensure solutions meet customer needs and deals are successfully closed.
  • Analyze won and lost opportunities to understand underlying factors, conduct sales trainings with the Sales Engineer, and ensure partners maintain required certifications to keep partner status.
  • Develop the project pipeline with partners and close projects; ensure partners have the product portfolio to sell Axis solutions.
  • Identify highest potential End Customers in the territory and perform end-user visits with or without the partner.
  • Collaborate with End Customer Key Account Managers to develop the business.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with Partners to attract end-user opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars and other promotional sales activities.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive information on Key Accounts and related projects in Salesforce; prepare sales reports for new and existing projects.
  • Work with the Sales Engineer to increase technical knowledge in projects; use Axis Sales Methodology in external and internal meetings.
  • Act as an ambassador of Axis company culture.
Qualifications

This person has a strong proven track record in sales with a strong business acumen, as well as a big interest or knowledge in technology. We are looking for a well-established person who loves to build relationships and is inspired by success with value-based sales and partnerships. You should be able to closely monitor the market, show patience, and understand complex situations. You should be a friendly and dynamic team player aligned with Axis Core Values.

We’d love to hear from you if you have/are:

  • 5+ years extensive sales experience
  • Proven track record selling through channels
  • Demonstrated interest and/or understanding of networking, computer hardware or software equipment
  • Balanced combination of consulting-attitudes and dynamic sales mentality
  • Team player with positive spirit, ambitious, open and inquisitive attitude
  • Confident presenter and negotiator
  • Pro-active and result-driven
  • Interest in finding new business opportunities
  • Able to manage time and prioritize
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Advanced user of MS Office, Salesforce
  • Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
