An international Telecom company is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Paris team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified French lawyer with over 6 years of experience in Corporate and Real Estate Law, preferably from a commercial law firm or in-house team. Responsibilities include drafting agreements and liaising with external lawyers. This role offers a hybrid working model, an excellent salary, and a chance to work within a multicultural team. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years PQE in Corporate and Real Estate Law.

• Knowledge and experience in telecommunications is a plus.

Responsabilités

Title: Legal Counsel

Location: Boulogne-Billancourt

Contract: Permanent

Hybrid working - 3 days office/2 days smart working

Our client is an international Telecom infrastructure company. Due to growth, they require a senior-level, French-qualified lawyer to join the Paris team.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 6 years PQE and a combination of Corporate and Real Estate Law experience.

Responsibilities:

• Review and draft commercial real estate agreements (LOI, civil leases, emphyteutic leases, asset deals) and establish the conditions agreed with the different parties, ensuring they comply with the compliance guidelines
• Draft services agreements, telecom hosting agreements, and support operational staff in charge of Sales and Leases
• Serves as a liaison with external lawyers
• Prepare corporate documents per the company’s bylaws and shareholders’ agreements

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified French Lawyer with a minimum of 6 years of relevant post-qualified experience gained at a commercial law firm or in-house legal team
• Corporate and Real Estate Legal experience is an absolute must-have
• Knowledge and experience in the telecommunications sector is an advantage
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Knowledge of local regulations
• Tech-savvy with extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience in contract management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
