Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Junior Mobile & Desktop Administrator to join our team and play a critical role in managing, securing, and optimizing our IT infrastructure, including Windows workstations and iOS mobile devices. In this position, you’ll work closely with IT support, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity teams, contributing directly to the efficiency, security, and modernization of our digital workplace. Who You Are

You are a technically adept and service‑oriented IT professional with strong experience in managing workstation and mobile device environments. You excel in troubleshooting, automating routine tasks, and implementing security best practices. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy staying current with new technologies, and are passionate about delivering reliable and secure IT solutions to end users.

What You’ll Do
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and iOS mobile devices.

  • Manage mobile device management (MDM) platforms such as Ivanti, Intune, and Tanium.

  • Automate deployment of operating systems and applications.

  • Apply software, drivers, and security patches in alignment with security policies.

  • Implement and enforce device security measures, including encryption and antivirus.

  • Ensure compliance with standards like GDPR and ISO 27001.

  • Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support to users and internal teams.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.

  • Create and maintain technical and user documentation.

  • Participate in IT modernization projects and stay current on technology trends.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and tools.

What You’ll Need
  • 3 years of experience managing IT fleets and administering workstations.

  • Master Degree in IT, systems, or network administration or similar.

  • Proficiency in Windows (MacOS and Linux are a plus).

  • Expertise with MDM tools such as Ivanti, Intune, and Tanium.

  • Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi‑Fi) and security protocols.

  • Scripting experience (PowerShell required; Bash or Python a plus).

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Fluency in French and English.
