A leading sustainability ratings company in Paris is seeking an IT Associate in Infrastructure Support to assist internal users with technical issues related to workplace services. The ideal candidate should have ongoing studies in IT, at least 1 year of support experience, and excellent knowledge of Windows OS and networks. This position is a minimum 1-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in ICT support or Service Desk environment.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of IT network security.
  • Basic knowledge of systems administration.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.

Description

As an IT Associate in Infrastructure Support, you will assist internal users with technical issues related to modern workspace services at EcoVadis. This includes support for workstations, network, and enterprise applications. You will manage requests and incidents via our service desk and communicate through various platforms to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

  • Provide high-quality, professional, and responsive IT support across the business for various technologies.
  • Operate support through the service desk following guidelines from the Service Management team.
  • Support and train end users on IT solutions maintained by the department.
  • Maintain technical and process documentation as needed.
  • Install, test, and maintain corporate workstations and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot system and network issues.
  • Handle network patching and cable management.
  • Monitor network availability and efficiency, taking action to maintain operations.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with HR.
  • Manage end-user accounts on enterprise applications.
  • Understand user needs and find solutions aligned with company objectives.
  • Assist in managing network appliances like firewalls, switches, and routers.
  • Manage inventory, stock, and procurement of ICT equipment.
  • Follow operating procedures and contribute to knowledge base improvements.
  • Participate in IT-related projects.

Qualifications

  • Ongoing degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in ICT support or Service Desk environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows OS.
