• Contribuer à l'amélioration des SOP et des flux de travail.

About the role

We are hiring a post-graduate Junior Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance & Risk team (reporting to the COO) and support day-to-day AML/CFT operations as we scale our regulated business.

This is a post-graduate entry-level role. We are not looking for profiles with full-time experience (VIE / multiple fixed-term contracts).

We are looking for candidates who have 1–2 meaningful internships or an apprenticeship in a relevant environment.

We will train you on crypto fundamentals, our tools (e.g., Chainalysis, ComplyAdvantage, Dotfile), and our internal methodology (checklists, supervision, and regular feedback).

What you will do (first months)

With supervision and clear checklists, you will:

• Support KYC/KYB onboarding: collect and verify documentation, ensure file completeness
• Run sanctions/PEP/adverse media screening, assess and document hits
• Review first-level KYT/transaction monitoring alerts, escape doubts appropriately
• Support KYC refresh and periodic risk reviews
• Contribute to SOPs and workflow improvements (controls, documentation, alert handling)

What you will grow into (3–12 months)

• Handle more complex onboarding cases and higher-risk profiles
• Support EDD on complex cases
• Contribute factual analysis for SAR/TRACFIN under MLRO supervision
• Help improve monitoring logic and risk prioritisation
• Support regulatory monitoring and implementation (MiCA, TFR, EU AML package)

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or final-year student graduating soon) in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 internships or an apprenticeship in one of the following:
• Compliance / Financial Crime (KYC/KYB, screening, basic alerts, procedures)
• Legal (fact qualification, structured reasoning, clear drafting, risk mindset)
• Regulated ops / controls / audit (process discipline, evidence, checks, escalation)
• Clear written and verbal communication in French (C2) and English (C2)
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and good escalation reflexes
