Qualifications

Your Role

As Chef de Rang, you are responsible for delivering exceptional service throughout the entire guest experience.

You bring energy, precision, and warmth to the table ensuring every detail is executed with care, and every guest feels attended to with intention.

You are a key part of the floor team, working side by side with colleagues to create fluid, generous, and elevated service.

The start date is scheduled for mid-October.

Responsibilities
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
  • Guide guests through the menu with product knowledge and enthusiasm
  • Deliver service with fluidity, polish, and natural rhythm
  • Ensure the table is followed attentively throughout the meal
  • Read the room and anticipate needs before they are expressed
  • Handle last-minute adjustments and guest feedback with professionalism
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized station and respect hygiene standards
  • Support your colleagues across all roles to ensure smooth, team-driven service
  • Embody a “yes-first” mindset, always striving to go above and beyond
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required with the right attitude
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, a true team player, charismatic and emotionally intelligent
  • Warm, calm, attentive both with guests and colleagues
  • Curious about food and wine, and eager to learn
  • Fluent in French or English; additional languages are a plus
  • Familiarity with HACCP standards and clean working practices
