Role: Chief Commercial Officer
Location: Europe (Hybrid) – minimum 2 days per week in a European office

New Leaf Search has been retained to identify a senior commercial leader to take full ownership of European commercial strategy for a well‑established, growth‑focused asset finance platform.

The role sits at executive committee level and reports directly to the CEO. It carries full accountability for commercial performance across multiple countries, including sales strategy, vendor partnerships, product innovation, customer experience and group synergies.

This appointment is critical to delivering the next phase of growth, transformation and cross‑border integration.

Core Mandate
  • Lead and align European commercial strategy with business objectives and risk appetite

  • Drive performance across multi‑country sales leadership

  • Build and deepen strategic vendor, partner and group relationships

  • Oversee structured solutions, syndication and product development

  • Act as a key contributor to group‑wide transformation initiatives

Ideal Profile
  • Senior commercial leader from Asset Finance / Vendor Finance / Structured Finance

  • Proven experience operating at European or international level

  • Strong leadership presence with ability to influence across cultures
