A leading pharmaceutical company in Paris is seeking an Intern Business Development Assistant. This 6-month internship involves managing pipelines, coordinating lead follow-ups, and supporting reporting activities. The ideal candidate will be studying for a degree in Business Administration or Marketing and must have strong communication skills and proficiency in IT tools like Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a degree (Bachelor or Master’s) in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Autonomous and structured.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Excellent understanding of IT tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Excellent level in English.

Join Euroapi to lead the business development and sales of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). Our team serves customers in over eighty countries, promoting, growing and optimising the sales and margin of Euroapi's portfolio. You will be motivated by our customers, developing your market knowledge and relationships to deliver the best possible service to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join EUROAPI’s Europe Sales team on a 6-month internship, in the role of Business Development Assistant Europe, in our Paris head office.

Reporting to the Market Analyst and Business Development Support, you will help drive commercial efficiency by maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline, assist in the coordination of lead follow-up efforts and support internal visibility of prospection outcomes through structured reporting and communication tools.

Day-to-day on the job :

Pipeline Monitoring & Data Updates:

• Update internal tracking files and CRM with identified leads.

• Clean up open opportunities and offers in the CRM to ensure an up-to-date pipeline

• Update Lead information to accurately reflect the status of the prospecting process

• Support the prospection manager in coordinating the follow-up of identified leads

• Contribute in the search for relevant contacts among prospects to identify the right people to target

Reporting & Communication:

• Format data (from CRM or internal reports) to make it readable and suitable for different audiences.

• Develop simple and clear decks (PowerPoint, Power BI, CRM dashboard, etc.) to highlight prospecting activities and commercial progress.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to high-impact commercial initiatives.
