Title: Integration Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mission: Providing Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) and Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) services with a focus on integration and operations of a complex mission system and supporting IT infrastructure
  • Acquisition: Working with the team leads, program managers, and acquisition professionals to validate an acquisition strategy and its ability to support a technically feasible outcome that meets the customer's needs
  • Requirements: Integrating new systems and initiatives in support of customer/mission partner requirements and work directly with our developers and users in operations
  • Reporting: Understanding system-to-system interfaces and act as an Integrator • Assisting in preparation of presentations and reports
Work Environment:
  • Location: On-site
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
  • Working Hours: Standard/Flexible
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Education: 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD
  • IC: Extensive Intelligence Community experience
  • GEOINT: Experience with GEOINT or Multi-INT Systems and architecture
  • Integration: Experience as a System Integrator
  • Requirements: Experience identifying user/enterprise requirements, gap identification and analysis
  • Implementation: Experience creating brief packages for technical requirements, implementation plans, risks, and success criteria
  • Projects: Strong project management skills
  • Lead: The ability to quickly/concisely brief project status to senior leadership
  • Cloud: Familiarity with cloud-based product offerings/specifications and be able to offer solutions
  • Agile: Extensive experience with Agile process and deliveries of new capabilities
  • Candidate will be required to sign and adhere to Non-Disclosure agreement(s)
