Une entreprise internationale d'assurance recherche un professionnel expérimenté avec au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de l'assurance non-vie. Les responsabilités incluent la participation à la stratégie d'assurance du groupe et l'amélioration de sa gouvernance. Une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est requise, ainsi que des compétences en communication et en Excel. Ce poste requiert également un travail autonome et en équipe dans un environnement international.

Qualifications

• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en assurance non-vie avec une expertise professionnelle de qualité.
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais professionnel, capacité à examiner les polices d'assurance dans les deux langues.
• Capacité à rédiger des notes et à préparer des présentations.

Responsabilités

• Participation à la stratégie de l'assurance entreprise du groupe.
• Amélioration de la gouvernance concernant les assurances.
• Suivi des actions de prévention et de bien-être.

Profil recherché

• Participation in the Group EB insurance policy strategy
• Governance improvement concerning EB insurance
• Review of design and implementation of local and global schemes (traditional and alternative risk transfer), integration of risks into international network pooling integration, country per country…
• Review of insurance and TPA contract terms and conditions, claim experience analysis, technical and financial negotiation, with the support of the worldwide coordinating broker / consulting firm
• Design, deployment and follow-up of prevention and wellbeing actions, with the support of the worldwide coordinating broker / consulting firm
• Action plan follow-up, country per country, and at Group level, with the support of the worldwide coordinating broker / consulting firm
• Post-acquisition integration process, with the support of the worldwide coordinating broker / consulting firm
• SLA and local Statement of Work to check and follow, country per country (including services, annual remuneration etc.) based on Group guideline

Education / soft skills

• At least 5 years of solid and successful broad-based (non-life) insurance experience, i.e., high-quality professional experience or training periods
• Quality and reliability of insurance matters and advice (international view)
• Fluent in professional French and English (speaking and writing), including the ability to review an insurance policy wording in French and in English
• International education or professional experience, and willingness to work in an international environment
• Good capacity in writing memos and in preparing slides
• Strong Excel user, including ability to create and check insurance premium allocations and budgets
• Team player
• Superior communications skills, with a didactical and strong business-oriented approach when discussing with internal clients and the insurance brokers or insurers
• Problem-solving ability
• Capacity to work hard and autonomously with a satisfactory degree of resistance to stress
• Mutual fit and work in confidence with the Group Risk & Insurance team
