A leading technology firm is seeking an Inside Sales Manager in Paris, responsible for managing Authorized and Silver channel partner relationships and delivering sales support. This role requires strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to work closely with the sales team. Applicants should have experience in channel management and a desire to contribute positively to the brand. The position is office-based and focused on driving revenue growth within the region.

Inside Sales Manager (France)

Management of our existing Authorized and Silver channel partner relationships and to provide efficient and effective inside sales support to the France Sales team.

Contribute to generate incremental revenue, supporting Authorized and Silver installers about the Hanwha / Wisenet products offering, services, promotional programs, and Channel Partner Program.

This includes working with sales, marketing, operations, order processing & executive management to provide high level of support to the partners.

Job Context

Reporting to Inside Sales and Marketing Manager, Sales Director & VP, France

Key Responsibilities

This is a fast‑paced, dynamic and extremely satisfying high‑energy business where the person is expected to have sense of urgency and be very hands‑on.

The successful candidate must be committed to customer service excellence and have experience that demonstrates success in an expanding, growth situation.

The Inside Sales must be comfortable working strategically and tactically with a very consultative sales approach.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Primary contact for France Authorized and Silver partners for day to day activity
  • Manage STEP Partners Agreements including Sell‑Out, Sell‑In and Promotions
  • Manage annual account budgets for the partner accounts which include revenue growth goals, and contribution objectives
  • Coordinate effectively with France Sales team in order to maximise revenue generation efforts with key partners
  • Work regionally across Authorized and Silver partners to deploy New Product Information, pricing and available marketing content including technical information
  • Work with European and Korean HQ Marketing team to develop sales & training tools, marketing materials, and demand generation programs for existing and potential customer base and take care of translation and localisation in order to deliver appropriate material
  • Work closely with local sales team to support their activity
  • Support VP in local office management and operating activities
Education and Experience
  • Previous experience within a Channel Management position; or a similar role
  • A proven track record of success in personally developing channel relationships and programs with measurable, profitable results
  • Degree Education would be desirable
  • Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer would be beneficial.
  • PC Literate - Intermediate & Advanced ‘Microsoft Office’ skills to include Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • A desire to make a positive impact on the market and brand recognition
  • Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers & partners
  • Ability to demonstrate motivation of teams to achieve targets

The Inside Sales Manager should be a high‑energy individual who is creative, objective and has impeccable integrity and character. A personal philosophy that values individuals, champion’s professional development and promotes teamwork must be deeply ingrained in this person. The flexibility to work effectively with a wide range of management styles and personalities is essential. An intuitive sense for evaluating problems and issues and the ability to handle pressure with grace and humour are equally important.

Location

The jobholder is required to be located near the France sales office in 27-35, rue Victor Hugo, 94200 Ivry sur Seine and is office based.
