• Assessment of the potential and interests of candidates in the context of promotion or professional orientation,
• Coaching of expert executives and managers.

We are looking for an Infrastructures & Operations Manager based in Paris, for a leading global group in the industrial sector. The group is evolving towards fintech (development of the R&D department). This position will report to the Group IT Director.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and general management : Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure adhesion to all Ingenico HR policies and procedures. Prepare and track the team's budget and contracts.
• Outsourced Operations : Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective delivery of IT services.
• Oversee contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Infrastructures Build & Run Define, deploy and conduct strategy in regions, Consolidate and centralize asset management information, Ensure obsolescence management across regions
• Network (Wan / Lan / Wifi)
• System (Windows, Linux)
• Databases (SQL)
• Digital Workplace (Windows, Linux, MacOs)
• Cloud Management : Oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of cloud services.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to support cloud-based applications and services including Office 365.
• Optimize cloud expenditures (FinOps)

Profile

• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including outsourcing and cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Proven knowledge of cloud, virtualisation, Active Directory technologies
