We are looking for an Infrastructures & Operations Manager based in Paris, for a leading global group in the industrial sector. The group is evolving towards fintech (development of the R&D department). This position will report to the Group IT Director.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and general management : Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure adhesion to all Ingenico HR policies and procedures. Prepare and track the team's budget and contracts.
- Outsourced Operations : Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective delivery of IT services.
- Oversee contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Infrastructures Build & Run Define, deploy and conduct strategy in regions, Consolidate and centralize asset management information, Ensure obsolescence management across regions

- Databases (SQL)
- Digital Workplace (Windows, Linux, MacOs)
- Cloud Management : Oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of cloud services.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to support cloud-based applications and services including Office 365.
- Optimize cloud expenditures (FinOps)
Profile
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including outsourcing and cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Proven knowledge of cloud, virtualisation, Active Directory technologies
