A global investment group in Paris is looking for an analyst to support investment transactions and post-investment work. The role involves analyzing investment opportunities, developing financial models, and assisting Directors with research initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in finance or engineering, 3 to 5 years of experience in private equity or investment banking, and excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in French and English is required, with knowledge of additional languages being an asset.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in private equity, infrastructure, or investment banking.
  • Familiarity with sectors within infrastructure (transport, ports, airports, energy, renewables, telecoms, etc.) is an asset.
  • Mastery of French and English both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of other European languages is an asset.

Responsabilités

  • Participate actively in the analysis of investment opportunities.
  • Develop and review detailed financial models.
  • Provide advice on valuations of potential investments.
  • Support coordination of due diligence processes.
  • Assist in negotiations of transaction agreements.
