Job Type:Permanent full-time

Company provides software solutions and services for improving medical image interpretation and management in clinical trials, screening programs and patient care, especially in oncology. In the context of our development, we are looking for a: Information Systems Engineer - M/F. Member of the Information Systems department, you will be in charge of the organization and the implementation of the Information Systems technical support.

Responsibilities

• Helpdesk and technical support of the information system
• To provide a support and to train the users of the information systems
• To resolve and manage the resolution of the levels 1 and 2 technical incidents
• To improve the maintenance and incident management processes of the information systems
• To participate to Information systems project

Searched profile / Qualifications

• Education: Scientific education in Computer sciences
• Experience: 2 years as system engineer
• Knowledge & skills:
  • Environment: Windows workstations and servers, Office 365, VPN, VmWare, Active directory, Webex, Network
  • Experience in masterization and deployment
  • Experience in Helpdesk
  • Knowledge in Virtualization (VMWare workstation)
  • An ITIL V3 certification and knowledge in network will be appreciate
  • Very good English & French communication skills (written and spoken) are required
• Qualities: Mind openness, Team spirit and organization skills, Good interpersonal and communications skills are required
