As an Industrial Project Supervision Engineer, you will oversee the design and implementation of new industrial facilities, focusing on the integration of industrial furnaces and continuous fire processes. Your role will include managing suppliers, ensuring smooth project execution, and adapting existing solutions to meet the specific needs of new projects within the group.

Responsibilities

• Project Supervision : Lead and supervise the design and creation of industrial facilities, ensuring the integration of industrial furnace and continuous fire processes
• Execution and Adaptation : Oversee the implementation phase, ensuring that the solutions are adapted from previous projects to meet new project requirements.
• Supplier Management : Communicate effectively with suppliers, directing their work and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Study and Realization Phases : Lead the study phase and ensure the successful transition into the realization phase of the project.

Required Skills

• Educational Background : Engineering degree required.
• Experience : 5 to 7 years of experience working with industrial machinery, particularly in environments involving industrial furnaces and continuous fire processes.
• Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of industrial machinery, furnace systems, and continuous fire operations.
• Communication and Leadership : Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and manage teams effectively during both study and execution phases.
• Project Management : Ability to follow through on project execution and ensure compliance with established deadlines and technical requirements.
