Global View Lead Consultant
Job Description
As a member of the GlobalView Lead Consultant team, you are responsible for consulting with clients to develop the blueprint and capture their system specifics for successful integration with GlobalView.
Analysis & Consultation
- Implement the client’s solution using ADP’s Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product.
- Conduct blueprinting workshops to gather information on client requirements.
- Design and document the client’s solution, including business requirements and program specifications, following ADP’s documentation guidelines.
Integration & Testing
- Liaise with clients during data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phases, providing assistance including reconciliation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP products, related news, and industry developments.
- Possess SAP Payroll Configuration skills.
Project Planning/Management Activities
- Coordinate with the ADP Project Manager and Line Manager, providing regular status updates and early warnings of issues.
- Provide training and knowledge sharing for the Implementation Team, including informal on-the-job training.
- Keep client blueprints, configuration worksheets, documentation, and training materials current.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Basis, Client Services, Application Support, Project Management, and Product Management to ensure high client service levels.
- Perform Quality Assurance reviews on blueprints and system configurations.
- Work closely with Implementation Consultants and off/nearshore teams.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to keep the team lead updated on progress, risks, and task slippages.
- Good knowledge of GV Payroll solutions and configuration.
- Understanding of country-specific payroll legislation.
- Debugging skills (optional).
- At least 5-7 years of experience as an SAP HR Payroll consultant.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and intermediate German language skills.
Skills and Abilities
- Consulting skills, understanding business requirements, and mapping to ensure consistency with ADP templates while minimizing risks.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration and design.
- Good understanding of business processes related to SAP modules being implemented.
