Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a strong background in insurance, personal injury, mediation, defense, mediations, and depositions. This is a permanent, full-time position that will require you to represent our clients in a wide range of civil litigation disputes. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a passion for justice. You will conduct research, manage litigation cases from inception through trial, and provide legal counsel to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and appeals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal problems using online and print research tools.
• Prepare and conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Provide sound legal advice on civil litigation matters, including insurance disputes and personal injury claims.
• Develop litigation strategies tailored to each case and client goals.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a coordinated approach to each case.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Litigation Attorney.
• Licensed to practice law in the state.
• Proven experience in insurance, personal injury, mediation, defense, mediations, and depositions.
