A global appliance manufacturer is seeking a Business Development Manager HVAC in Nantes. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving growth strategies. Candidates should possess strong communication and analytical skills, with expertise in the HVAC market. Fluent in French and English is a must. This role offers a negotiable pay range based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive professional relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Expert knowledge of the HVAC market and ideally heating systems.
  • Knowledge of market regulations, subsidy programmes, and certification requirements.
  • An established network of contacts across the value chain.
  • Knowledge of competitors' products and their routes to market.

Responsabilités

  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales pipeline and performance metrics.
