An international ICT company is seeking an HR Business Partner for a 7-month temporary contract in Paris (La Défense). The role requires solid experience in Human Resource Management and knowledge of French labor law. Would you like to work for an international ICT company with strong Human Centric values? Do you have solid experience in Human Resource Management and a strong knowledge of French labor law? Are you comfortable acting as a trusted partner for managers and employees while driving HR initiatives locally and in alignment with corporate strategy?

If so, we would be happy to welcome you to our dynamic team in Paris as an HR Business Partner for a 7-month temporary contract (maternity leave replacement).

As our future HRBP :
  • You act as the main HR contact for a dedicated employee population of approximately 150 employees located across several offices in France
  • You provide day-to-day support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related topics
  • You advise managers on HR policies, procedures, systems, and best practices
  • You are responsible for talent management activities, including performance management, career development, internal mobility, recruitment, and offboarding
  • You manage salary reviews, compensation topics, and succession planning in alignment with Group HR strategy
  • You challenge managers on organizational design, workforce planning, recruiting decisions, diversity, engagement, and development initiatives
  • You oversee Health & Safety topics for the local population
  • You lead engagement survey actions, including analysis, action plans, and follow-up
  • You proactively propose HR solutions to business issues in line with Group HR and business strategies
  • You lead and contribute to HR projects and HR communication initiatives
  • You act as a key link between Corporate HR and the French organization, fostering strong collaboration and alignment
Your profile

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field, and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, with the availability to work a hybrid schedule from our Paris (La Défense) headquarters.

You are looking for a new challenge within a young and dynamic HR team. You enjoy taking initiatives, working autonomously, and being a proactive Business Partner.

You bring :
  • Proven experience as an HR professional (HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar role)
  • Solid practical knowledge of French labor law and regulations
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong communication, influencing, and advisory skills
  • Excellent command of both French and English (spoken and written)
  • A solution‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
